Rear axles

Each differential or rear axle is remanufactured using a standardized and industrialized remanufacturing process and includes:

Each differential is completely disassembled and inspected

All bearings, thrust washers, circlips and shims are replaced with new ones

The crown gear supports are checked

All ring gears are disassembled and reinstalled with a new bolt kit

Any gears not meeting OEM specifications are replaced

All cases and mounts are processed by a mount machine for a thorough cleaning

All bearing bores are checked to factory tolerances
